RSSB Computer Instructor Recruitment 2026: राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड द्वारा वरिष्ठ कंप्यूटर अनुदेशक और बेसिक कंप्यूटर अनुदेशक संयुक्त सीधी भर्ती 2026 का विस्तृत नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया गया है। इस भर्ती के तहत कुल 3951 पदों पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन मांगे गए हैं।

इस भर्ती में माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग और संस्कृत शिक्षा विभाग दोनों के पद शामिल हैं। इच्छुक और योग्य अभ्यर्थी SSO Portal के माध्यम से 25 मई 2026 से 23 जून 2026 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

RSSB Computer Instructor Vacancy 2026 Details

राजस्थान कंप्यूटर अनुदेशक भर्ती 2026 में कुल 3951 पद रखे गए हैं। इनमें Senior Computer Instructor और Basic Computer Instructor दोनों पद शामिल हैं।

अभ्यर्थियों को आवेदन करते समय विभाग की प्राथमिकता सावधानीपूर्वक भरनी होगी। बाद में प्राथमिकता क्रम में संशोधन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।

Senior Computer Instructor Qualification

Senior Computer Instructor पद के लिए अभ्यर्थी के पास निम्न में से कोई एक योग्यता होनी चाहिए:

• M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE / EE / EEE / ETE / EIE या
• M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology या
• MCA / B Level / C Level या
• सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त समकक्ष या उच्च योग्यता

साथ ही अभ्यर्थी को देवनागरी लिपि में लिखी हिंदी का व्यावहारिक ज्ञान और राजस्थान की संस्कृति का ज्ञान होना चाहिए।

Basic Computer Instructor Qualification

Basic Computer Instructor पद के लिए अभ्यर्थी के पास निम्न में से कोई एक योग्यता होनी चाहिए:

• Graduate + A Level / PGDCA, न्यूनतम 1 वर्ष या
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / ECE / EE / EEE आदि या
• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Information Technology या
• BCA या
• सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त समकक्ष या उच्च योग्यता

इस पद के लिए भी देवनागरी लिपि में हिंदी और राजस्थान संस्कृति का ज्ञान जरूरी है।

Age Limit

RSSB Computer Instructor Recruitment 2026 के लिए अभ्यर्थी की आयु गणना 01 जनवरी 2027 को आधार मानकर की जाएगी।

आरक्षित वर्गों को राज्य सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार अधिकतम आयु सीमा में छूट दी जाएगी। नोटिफिकेशन में माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के पदों के लिए पूर्व भर्ती नहीं होने के कारण अधिकतम आयु सीमा में 03 वर्ष की अतिरिक्त छूट का भी उल्लेख किया गया है।

Salary / Pay Matrix

Rajasthan Pay Matrix में L-8 की first cell/Starting ₹26,300 और L-10 की first cell/Starting ₹33,800 है। DA अभी 60% मानकर calculation किया गया है, क्योंकि Rajasthan Finance Department ने DA 58% से बढ़ाकर 60% w.e.f. 01-01-2026 किया है।

1. Basic Computer Instructor Salary

Probation Period में:
Basic Computer Instructor को Level-8 के अनुसार fixed remuneration ₹18,500 प्रति माह मिलता है। 10% deduction मानें तो in-hand लगभग ₹16,650 रह सकता है।

2. Senior Computer Instructor Salary

Probation Period में:
Senior Computer Instructor को Level-10 के अनुसार fixed remuneration ₹23,700 प्रति माह मिलता है। 10% deduction मानें तो in-hand लगभग ₹21,330 रह सकता है।

राजस्थान कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड द्वारा भर्ती परीक्षा की प्रस्तावित तिथि जारी कर दी गई है।

इस भर्ती परीक्षा में कुल 200 अंकों की परीक्षा होगी। परीक्षा में दो पेपर होंगे, Paper-I और Paper-II। दोनों पेपर 100-100 अंकों के होंगे।

Senior Computer Instructor के Paper-II में मुख्य रूप से कंप्यूटर साइंस और आईटी से जुड़े विषय शामिल रहेंगे। इसमें निम्न टॉपिक पूछे जा सकते हैं:

1. Pedagogy
2. Mental Ability: Decision making and Problem solving, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency, Logical, Reasoning and Analytical Ability, Major developments in the field of Information Technology.
3. Fundamentals of Computer: Number system, arithmetic operations, introduction to various categories of computer language, functional details of Input and Output devices.
4. Programming Fundamentals: C, C++, Java, DotNet, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine learning, Python and Block Chain, programming, data types (Built in and user defined), Scope of variables, precedence of operators, control flow, functions, arrays pointers, structures and unions, enumerated data-types and file handling, command line arguments.
5. Object Oriented Programming using C++ and Java: Objects and classes. Inheritance, polymorphism, event and exceptions handling, files and streams.
6. Data Structures and Algorithms: Abstract data types, Arrays as data structures, linked list v/s array for storage, stack and stack operations, queues, binary trees, binary search trees, graphs and their representations, sorting and searching, symbol table.
7. Algorithms: Tree traversals, Branch and bound and greedy methods, complexity of algorithms.
8. Digital Logic Systems: Boolean expressions, K-maps, TTL and CMOS logic families, combinational logic design using half/full adders, Sub tractors, and multiplexer, synchronous sequential system design
9. Computer Organization and Architecture: Von-Neumann architecture of computers. Registers and micro operations, control logic, processor addressing and bus organization. Processor input/output and DMA. Memory organization and cache coherence.
10. Operating Systems: CPU scheduling, Deadlocks, Memory management, file systems, disk scheduling. Concept of Client server architecture in distributed environment and RPC. Process, threads and their synchronization.
    • Real Time OS: clock synchronization and task scheduling.
    • System initialization, booting and handling user accounts. Backup and restore, Bourne shell programming for Linux.
11. Database Management System: E-R models, Relational algebra, calculus and databases, Integrity constraints, triggers, normalization, and indexing. Transaction processing, concurrency control and Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
12. Software Engineering: Phases of System Development Life Cycle. System modeling. Software requirement specifications and DFDs. Introduction to software testing, software project management.
13. Data and Computer Networks: Evolution of Networking, Data Communication terminologies, Transmission media, Network devices. TCP/IP & OSI/ISO reference models, functions of different layers, characteristics of physical media, multiplexing in physical layer, medium access protocols, introduction to 802.3, 802.4, 802.5, 802.11 LAN technologies, IP protocol including routing and congestion control, TCP and UDP, DNS.
14. Network Security: Groups, rings and fields in finite space, Euler and Fermat’s theorem, primality testing, security services and mechanisms, symmetric and asymmetric encryption including DES, AES, IDEA, RSA algorithms, key management in symmetric and asymmetric encryption, message authentication and hashing, email security, viruses and trusted systems, Networking (LAN&WA), Security, Ethical Hacking.
15. Basics of Communication: Channel capacity, attenuation, communication impairments, propagation of EM waves through free space (excluding free space models). PCM and delta modulation, WDM, brief introduction to GSM and CDMA based communication systems.
16. Web Development: HTML/DHTML, Web Page Authoring Using HTML, Document Object Model Concept and Importance of Document Object Model, Dynamic HTML document and Document Object Model. Introduction to Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Basic of PHP and Java Script.
